Terms of Service

These terms describe the expected use of PAQGEN workspaces, QR verification, print rendering, scan reporting, and administration features.

Use of PAQGEN

Brands are responsible for the accuracy of product data, packaging artwork, QR placement, sale/import data, user access, and customer-facing scan-page wording configured in their workspace.

Verification Results

PAQGEN provides authenticity signals based on QR records, scan history, unit lifecycle status, and brand configuration. Verification results support risk decisions but do not replace legal, regulatory, safety, or product quality checks.

Accounts and Roles

Users must keep credentials secure. Company admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, disabling access when needed, and reviewing workspace activity.

Production Data

QR codes, print output, scan reports, and audit records are operational records. Destructive actions such as clearing data or deleting entities may be irreversible.

Availability

PAQGEN is operated as a SaaS platform. Production commitments, support hours, uptime targets, and data-retention terms should be agreed in the customer order or service agreement.
